Vintage ceramic German decorative plate. Charming plate features a German mountain village scene in relief (3D / raised image). The back has "Made in Western Germany" "3832Sx", and "45" stamped. The "Made in Western Germany" stamp dates this plate between 1949-1990. 2 holes in the back for threading or or hanging wire. 3 divots on the back from where the plate was held while being painted.
