A great costume piece First made famous by Jon Voight's ill-fated Midnight Cowboy, fringed leather jackets are synonymous with the hippie counter culture and in the stoner 90’s they came back finally resurfacing again in recent Versace and Vetements collections Condition- Smell- for some reason the tanning process used in the 1990s has always smelled bad to me.
