This velour top is an excellent condition. It has beautiful glitter detailing around the flowers. It is a black velour top size medium. The top also has small shoulder pads as noted in the pictures. It is a Dolman sleeve. Measurements are Length 25 inches Armpit to armpit 25 inches Banned with 15 inches Sleeve length from collar to hem is 22 inches
