Vintage Western Pearl Snap American Shirtmakers LTD

listen, this belonged to my 93 year old neighbor's deceased husband. so, vintage VTG kind of a sueded cotton feeling in used condition. it's too tight on him now and I don't know the size but I'd say on the small medium spectrum.
