Vintage Wet Seal Floral Mini Skirt

Vintage Wet Seal floral mini skirt. Size medium. 13 inch waist when laid flat. 15 inches wait to hem. Adorable vintage mini skirt by Wet Seal. It's black, white, and grey, with a beautiful Victorian style floral pattern. The skirt is made of doubled fabric, so the edges of the fabric are both sewn into the waist, and the bottom edge of the skirt is actually rolled over, as that's where the fabric folds. It also has a small bit of ruching to the skirt, so it doesn't hang straight, but rather has a bit of body and texture to the fold. It also has a wide fabric waistband that's roughly 3 and 3/4 inches. The fabric is VERY stretchy, anf form fitting! This is a great vintage skirt, that I've used for SO many gothic outfits! Perfect for clubs and parties, or wear with leggings or tights for a corporate goth look!
