Vintage Wet Seal Suede Micro-Mini Skirt sz 11

I bought this maybe 20 years ago and never wore it. She is super short and so cute. She’s definitely too short for me now. The size per tag is 11 but I think it might be better suited for a size 9 max. Please see pics of the measurements taken. This skirt is genuine suede and there is no stretch to this material. The zip works perfectly and there are no flaws that I could find.
