Vintage Whirl a Weve Dance Creations clogger or square dance skirt Child’s size large, but could easily fit a teen or petite woman size small or medium. White sequined elastic waist is very stretchy and forgiving. Checked red and white skirt with white tulle frill along the bottom. Would be adorable with a crinoline underneath for extra pouf. This would be great for Halloween, a dancer, dress up/make believe/pretend play, or just an eclectic dresser. Definitely a unique find. Skirt only for sale, scarf/shawl not included.
