Vintage White Button Down. Off white ivory color. Checkered pattern with semi sheer material. Brand on tag is Carry Back. Size is listed as 10. I would say it fits like a medium. Measures 21” pit to pit and 26” in length. Overall good vintage condition. A faint mark on back of one sleeve and some loose threads. See last two photos. Ask any questions.
