This is a gently worn vintage Cream, black and White, Floral chiffon and lace Dress by Sugar Lips. It is a Woman's Size S It is a knee length dress with a handkerchief hemline. You can wear this Southern Summer dress for your Cocktail Dress, to the PROM, to a Dance, a party, to a wedding, to dinner, or anywhere you need an elegant, yet sexy stunning dress. It is fully lined with a polyester lining. The dress is Rayon with cotton lace trim. The front and back both have diamond shaped cutouts. The collar is thicker lace. The lace around the key holes is intentionally frayed. The fabric is very lightweight and almost see through. The black and white lace on top has a darker tint to the white making it almost a beige color. It is high quality, stylish clothing. It is in great condition . I've described it to the best of my ability. It is clean. It does need ironing since it's wrinkled from storage.
