Perfect for a Victorian Tea Party or a casual wedding. 100% cotton lace throughout. Skirt has a back zipper and elastic I waistband on sides. It is 24” long. The waist measures 26 inches and stretched. It will go up to 28 inches. The hips laid flat measure 19 inches across. Jacket is 18” pit to pit. Shoulders are 16 3/4”. It is 28” long in back and shorter in front.
