Vintage White Linen Sundress with Corded Belt

absolutely gorgeous dress I picked up at a local vintage shop, just doesn't fit me :( No tags or design hallmarks to be found which leads me to believe it was handmade/homemade. Materials unknown but definitely mostly linen if not 100%. It was altered to be taken in at some point (see pics 3&4) so measurements below with an ** indicate an approx 1-2inch flexibility if you were to let those seams back out.
