Vintage White Navy Star Print Midi Straight Pencil Skirt 29" Waist white with all over navy stars below knee length polyester no tags looks like a lining was cut out of the inside zip in side pockets belt loops front slit feels like a medium, please refer to measurements apx 29" waist apx 41" hip apx 29" long very good vintage condition. above the zipper there is a tab where there probably a clasp closure in the waistband, but it could be replaced and isn't necessary. otherwise no notable flaws.
