Vintage White Swan Nurse Dress

Good condition vintage White Swan Uniforms nursing uniform or nurses dress "double knit, polyester". Size is not able to be read but fits like a modern 6/8 - please note measurements. Side pockets, back zip and button closure (the string/fabric loop for button is missing.) There is a 2" hem that may be able to be let out if needed. Great vintage piece. Bust (one underarm seam to other) measurement approximately 23"; length down center back approx. 37"; sleeve length from shoulder inset to hem 16". My home is pet-free and smoke-free, but I am not the original owner. No smoke or pet odors detected.
