Vintage White Tennis Dress Drop Waist Pleated "Fashionland" 4T

Awesome vintage tennis dress by Fashionland. Made in USA - 1970s or 80s. Polyester, drop waist, buttons at back, pleated skirt. There is one mark on the right shoulder - see second-to-last photo. I have not treated it or tried to get it out and it is very small. Good condition otherwise. Size 4 years: see measurements below. chest 10" flat shoulders 9" flat length 20" Waist 12" flat skirt is 8" long (pleated part)
