Vintage White Topaz Heart 10k Gold Ring Sz 7

This is a beautiful vintage anniversary ring made from 10k yellow gold and a heart-shaped white topaz stone. The topaz stone is 6mm x 4mm and roughly .85 cts. There is a tiny diamond chip on the top right side of the ring. The setting is heart shaped, with a cut out between the setting and the stone.
