Vintage White & Yellow Polka Dot Collared Button Up Dress w/ Braided Tie Belt 💛 Super vintage, handmade, one of a kind! Thin fabric - lace trim lining bottom hem on the underside. Buttons could probably use a little reinforcing but they are still all attached and secure right now. Small snag/pull in the fabric on the back of the right sleeve of the dress as shown in photos. Long sleeved with buttons at wrists. Slits on both sides of the dress on the outer thigh with inverted color accents
