Vintage Whiting & Davis Gold Mesh Purse

Whiting & Davis, a brand well known by the fashion mesh purses. The model is called Isabella, a vintage model created on c. 1930. The interior has a beautiful peach silk tafeta lining with an internal pocket. The original tag is inside and the metal inside brings the Whiting & Davis signature. The elegant closure features a ball-and-loop snap, an Art Deco design and the gold chain handle is an intrincately designed. Few minor scratches near the closure, consistent with its age. Otherwise, it's in excellent condition!
