Vintage Whiting and Davis Costume Brooch

Gold Tone Setting with Tassels that are each marked Whiting and Davis Co. Mesh Bag. The centerpiece is of hand painted enamel multi-colored flowers on resin. Best guess is Circa 1980's. Very unique way to add a small "pop" of color to any outfit. It measures approximately 2 3/4" x 1 1/2".
