Whittall & Shon red hat with a black bow. 100% wool hat. Nice chain and ribbon going through it. Has a polka dotted veil going across the back and on the front is a black bow with a quartered sized coin with an eagle on the front of it. The measurements are in the pictures.in good condition. No cut tears or stains. Just the bow is a little bit detached. Which can easily be fixed. Open to offers. 😊
