Cute navy blue kerchief/pocket square in left chest pocket The material nice Cotton/poly blend and has a thick feel without being heavy. Should pads are all the rage again and this dress does not disappoint. Sewn in padded shoulders. Short, dolman sleeves. The waist is elastic and has a matching buckle belt. The skirt is full and has 2 pockets. The dress closes up the front with white plastic buttons.
