Vintage Willi By California Skirt & Matching Blouse Set Size 10 Purple 80's

Willi By California Skirt and Blouse matching set. Size tag reads size 10 although vintage sizing often differs from current sizing so please review the measurements provided. No stains or blemishes. The top is a shorter crop style with a top back button closure and side slits. The skirt is elastic with two discrete side pockets. Complete with shoulder pads. Purple and white abstract pattern. Very cute unique outfit. I am not a vintage clothing expert but this has a paper tag and the brand tag is different than the other examples I’ve seen listed from the 90’s so my best guess is 80’s.
