Vintage Willi of California Dress

Vintage 80's-90's ladies long sleeve turtleneck dress with shoulder pads, elastic waist with 2 belt loops, and belt. Includes patchwork front vest. Both dress and vest are 88% polyester 12% wool. Dress is 45" long. Approximately 21" armpit to armpit when laid flat. Ladies Size 14. Made in USA.
