Vintage Wilroy Traveller dress very good condition

Vintage sleeveless dress in very good condition. Four button, wide collar. Color is cream with navy blue and orange stripes, navy blue collar. Brand is The Wilroy Traveller. 18 inches at bust, 28.5 inches long. The size tag is no longer attached so please refer to the measurements. I would guess this dress is either 1960s or 1970s. Reasonable offers considered.
