This belted dress 3/4 button up with sharp collars. Union Made ILGWU. The union tag appears to be the 1975 to 1992 red, white, and blue label. Made in USA. The dress is missing one button. Armpit to armpit 19 inches. Armpit to hemline 30 inches. Previously owned. see pictures.
