Berek Cardigan Sweater Vest Short Sleeve Size Small Tulips and Matching Buttons Material: Ramie Cotton Rayon & Acrylic Blend Approximate Measurements: 21" Armpit to armpit 28" Length Good preowned condition but the tulip shaped buttons do not match up with all the holes, I think perhaps it was made this way to be worn only buttoned at the top or someone could have changed out the buttons.
