Vintage Womens Chapter Two dress M L XL

Hey y'all, Another great Vintage find if you're searching for a plain black dress. There are no holes, stains, or rips. The size tag is missing but the elastic waist is very accommodating measuring laying flat from 14"up to 21" when stretched. I, street size, wore this when I was a size 12 up to a size 16 and both times it fit without being too baggy or tight. One of the loops that would be for holding a thin belt is intact but the other is missing. A belt could still be added through, especially if it was elastic! The bust measurements are shown in photos, sleeves and pit to pit are loose. I forget what the style is called. 3/4 sleeve and cute keyhole back with button this dress can be dressed up using a cute belt and brooch/accessories or dressed down for a casual day. I will ship quickly. :)
