Vintage Womens Cloche Hat Red Veil Ribbon Netting Lucila Mendez NY Shimmer

Vintage red Coche hat that is woven with shimmer in it. The hat has a wide ribbon around it that hangs down the side. It has a netted veil too. Made by Lucila Mendez Exclusive NY. There is a tag that says 22, not sure if that's a size or not. It fits like today's standard medium. Condition: Beautiful hat, the only flaw is a small tear in the netting, see photo. No stains, wear or other issues.
