Vintage Lady's/Women's Cream Fascinator with Veil The fascinator is off-white/cream in color. The material is folded fabric. The fascinator is accented with a veil of white-colored netting. The top of the fascinator is accented with a flatten bow. The fascinator is unbranded, but does include a union Made in the USA tag. The fascinator band is firm and thus won't need to be pinned into place. There is a little flex so it is somewhat adjustable. The fascinator is pre-owned, but in very good condition. We didn't notice any missing material. It has been stored in a large hat box along with a couple other hats in the dark of the top of a closet. Please closely review the photos for condition.
