Vintage Women’s Down Filled Reversible Cropped Plaid Puffer Coat size Small

This classic preppy coat is in good used condition. I’m guessing this was from the 90’s or Y2K. Down filled and warm. Reversible. Red and navy plaid on one side and Burgandy on the other Fits today’s style of oversized and cropped! Please see photos for measurments as I feel the arm length is on the short size.
