Vintage Women's Floral Button Down Blouse

Unbranded vintage top. Size 16, but I am a size small and would wear it oversized. I would say it fits as a medium. Scrunched shoulder design with a delicate collar. Pink and blue little roses all over. It is a little see-through since it is ivory. Super light material!
