Amazing one-of-a kind Handmade and Handpainted vintage Layered Flared skirt. Under layer is a blue cotton blend fabric with beautiful handpainted flowrs Top layer feels like flowy rayon blend. Blue tones with white, green, yellow and plum painted flowers. Pull on skirt with back elastic panel. Note*** to step into the skirt your hip measurement should not be bigger than 34" - the waistband only expands to 34". (I am a Medium and was able to put the skirt on over my head, with quite some a difficulty) Very good condition. No holes. No stains. Approx a sixe XS/S Waist: 26" - max 34" Hips: free **NOTE: skirt is pull on style, your hips can not be much bigger than 34" as waistband only stretches to 34" Length: 34.5"
