Vintage Women's MATCHES Blazer

I cannot find out much about this brand MATCHES blazer .... So if I had to guess ... I'd say by the single stitch and shoulder pads, it's from the 1970 or 80s, There isn't a size, or the material it's made of, or care instructions.  It's hard to find any " Matches" online.  The measurements are included in the item specifics, again and I'd guess a size small It's in great pre-owned condition!
