Label ~ Secrets, Made in USA Size ~ 4 Fabric ~ 100% Rayon, dry clean only Measurement taken across front while flat then doubled where appropriate, please allow for fit and ease Bust ~ 34" Waist ~ 28" Hips ~ Free Length ~ Shoulder at neckline to hem, approximately 47" Good condition, things to mention, pleated section of bodice is bonded with a backing and gives a very slight pucker effect (see photos), biased hem falls at different lengths, fairly normal for biased full skirts.
