New old stock. Size tag says medium but these are vintage so they run small for their size. When the elastic waistband is unstretched, shorts measure 13.5" straight across waist, 15.5" across hips, and 1.25" inseam. Built in underwear and a small inside pocket for a key. Shorts are brand new, unworn but it appears the original price tag ripped and was reattached at some point.
