Fabulous vintage scaasi dress that is unique with a complete button down look. It is missing one button. You can take one button from the bottom and move it up if you want. The buttons have sort of a satin look and feel to them. I don't see any issues or damage with the dress. If is velvet which is perfect for winter. It DOES have shoulder pads. Sold as is. Pit to pit flat: approx 18 inches Length; approx 38 inches long.
