Vintage Women’s Short Sleeved Dress

Calling all MCM fans, if you’re looking for a proper cocktail dress for that fun party at the Petrie’s house (that of Laura and Rob, natch), slip into this ILGUW made black and cream beauty for a real vintage experience. The fabric content is not marked, but there is a dry clean only tag, and the size is marked as a 14 and a half, which it definitely is not, I believe it would fit a 6-8 nicely. It’s fully lined (see pics), light pink on top and black on the bottom, and features a v neck with some yellow trim. It’s a puffy boule (?) knit all over, and feels like a cotton and rayon blend, the hand is soft and the fabric really has texture to it, almost 3-D. There are no tears, rips, signs of wear, burn holes (hey, it’s MCM) or stains on the dress itself, there is a small stain on the lining on the top, in back (see pic), otherwise it’s in excellent vintage condition. The full zipper down the back works perfectly, and there is a hook and eye closure atop the zipper that is missing the eye.
