Vintage Women’s Top

Very cute women’s vintage top probably circa early 1990’s. New with tags, no holes or rips. Attached vest. Tag says medium size 12/14, but in my opinion fits more like a large or very loose medium. Slightly longer in length. Very in-style these days!
