Has stunning woven work on the top; netting (some deterioration from age); 2.5" ribbon; UNION LABEL CO 764995; Sold by Hutzler in Baltimore MD and includes the ORIGINAL RECEIPT showing the cost was $1.79 ;) Includes the original box from Hutzler as well as 2 hat pins from the original owner Approximate sizing information/measurements: Height: 2.5" 7.5" across Inner circumference: 24.5" Please keep in mind that it is VERY difficult to measure the inner circumference.
