Vintage Women’s Levi Strauss & Co Blouse. 70’s or 80’s era. Please see pics for measurements. No other tag except the one that’s pictured, but would fit size S/M and most likely polyester material. Slight rubbing of material underneath tag as pictured. Nice feminine shoulder and sleeve with small pleats.
