Vintage Women's fur hat

If this looks familiar or you know what it is, please let me know 🤣🤣🤣 Vintage hat from my mother-in-law's estate. She bought this overseas somewhere but no one seems to remember where or anything about it. Curly grey & white hair/fur fully lined with teal colored quilted material. They lived in Saudi for years so I suspect it's a Mideastern Persian lamb. No tags or anything so probably handmade.
