Waist is about 25.5" meant to be high waisted. -velvet type jacket with embellishments and buttons. Buttons are snap closure. -black and purple undergarment that goes under jacket. Has matching material as jacket. -vintage love brand petticoat size 4. 100% nylon. Zipper does not work but the clasp does. This cannot be seen from under the skirt. Vintage Sonni san francisco black hat with feathers and embellishments.
