Vintage Wooden Basket Weaved Handbag DeCoupage Top Floral with Blue Birds

Vintage Wooden Basket Handbag Believe it is weaved but not sure. But like a picnic basket. I believe this is Handmade and Vintage Decoupage Top with Floral Print and Blue Birds. Very pretty. Blue and yellow tones and more. Lined Interior with Blue Velvet and/or Velour Metal Feet on Bottom Same Velvet or Velour material along the top edge and a bow on front. Approx size: 9" x 7" Wooden Handle with Top covered with same velvet or velour Condition: Overall very nice pre-owned vintage bag. The wood which I think is weaved or intertwined. Handle intact . When you place bag down on flat surface handle goes slightly to the left but not affecting wear/and or noticeable. No cracks on the wooden part of bag. Top of bag which is decoupaged does have 2 cracks but underneath the surface. You can feel when you rub your hand over but it is not cracked where you feel the fabric underneath. SEE LAST FEW PHOTOS.
