Vintage Wooden Cuff Bracelet

I am doing some work for a friend who is a jeweler. He has taken in items over the years as trades and it is time to sell. This piece came from a woman who worked in a high end retail store in NYC for decades. She traveled a lot. We assume this came from her travels. It has a very interesting design It is 7.85 inches around. It is lightweight and made of wood. I do not know what kind of wood. It is probably from the 1970s or 80s. It will come from my smoke free and pet free home.
