This is a vintage USA union made wool coat. There is no tag stating the fabric but I do think it is wool. It is in great condition for a vintage coat. One of the buttons needs to be reinforced but that's an easy fit. There is no size but I am a medium and it fits me perfectly. The fur is faux and the color is more burgundy/ dark deep red, pretty much true to the photo's color.
