Vintage Wool Dress 1960s Modern Size 4 Cream Has Stains Possible Dye Project

Quality made dress Modern Size 4 or small Gold Tone eagle buttons Stains on back and side, see last 2 photos. This dress will most likely need to be dyed to cover the stains. Missing button at collar (see photo with collar raised). This should not be a problem because the button is not seen as it is under the collar, and most likely will not be used at all.
