Michele Vintage Wrap Skirt Size 16 pre owned button closure lined 100% wool made in USA fringe edge Measurements Waist 17.5" Length 35.5" Pre owned. The lining has some small holes where I think a skirt pin was used. They are about midway down on the lining. The face of the skirt does not shoe any holes.
