Vintage Wool Skirt

This black wool skirt has slits on both sides and loops for a belt. It is 26 inches long and measures 15 1/2 inches at the waist. The brand is Ira Joyce. It still has tags on it and it was purchased at Bamberger‘s. The size is a 910. it has elastic waist that doesn’t have as much spring in it anymore. The price tag is still on the garment.
