Vintage Woolrich tunic top southwest wool

Incredible Woolrich unisex style pullover tunic top. Style notes:3/4 flared sleeve, dual pockets on front stomach, round collar with center notch.Unlined. Tag Woolrich - 1960s est. No sizes marked. Est at a modern mens XL?? womens XXLNO stretch, cut straight down MEASUREMENTS!: Chest AND hips across - 31 inches flat Length from back collar down to bottom hem : 31 inchesSLeeve - hard to determine shoulder, so I  measured from back of neck  in center down to cuff : 25 inches (I think its a  3/4 or Half sleeve) flared!Armpit area around circumference - 12 inches flat, so 24 inches around Condition - Small month hole on front lower stomach, and a couple fleabite holes on chest (see the backside photo from inside garment). One small hole on seam. No size tags. VINTAGE!! Been in storage for decades, dry cleaning may be needed. Smoke free/ no mothball odor. A couple small loose threads on embroidery.
