Buttery soft, floor length velvet skirt that features two pleats on the front waistband as well as a 16” slit in the back 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex Color: Black Velvet Condition: preowned, worn There are a couple areas on the waistband where the fabric is damaged, but it blends in well with the velvet especially when worn with a tucked in sweater or other top.
