These measurements indicate that it's a MEDIUM. I know what the tag says, but Americans have fattened up since this jacket was made.

@cdschroeder123 Thanks for your input. A size 42 jacket is squarely in the large category, and with the long sleeves, I’ve marked it consistent with the tag. When I purchased it, the seller had it marked a 46, which it clearly is not.
